WHEN DO I START SHOPPING FOR A DRESS?

  • It’s best to allow 6 -10 months before your wedding to order a dress. That means you’ll want to start shopping at least a half a year in advance.

HELP! I'M GETTING MARRIED IN LESS THAN 4 MONTHS, IS IT TOO LATE TO BUY FROM KC HAUTE COUTURE?

  • NO, it’s not too late, but every second counts! Your options are to determine which designer and gown you desire. This will help to determine the sewing time frame for the gown. Many of our designers have "In Stock" gowns available to ship within a few weeks time frame. Gowns that are in stock will be available mainly in one size, one style or one color. But, we can certainly as the designer. Some designers can meet your time frame for a “special order” gown, which could include an additional rush charge.
PAYMENTS

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY DRESS?

  • We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as PayPal and Lay-Buy from PayPal. 
  • If you are ordering a dress from Lay-Buy, a 25% Prepayment plan are available on approval thru PayPal, however, dress will not be ordered until at-least 50% of dress is paid. Dress will be shipped after 100% of payment has cleared. 
  • If you are buying a sample gown from our "in stock" collection, we require 100% payment. 
  • When the dress arrives at KC Couture and passes our quality control check, we’ll contact you to let you know the shipping date and tracking number. 

WILL I PAY SALES TAX ON MY DRESS?

  • AZ State sales tax applies to all KC Haute Couture merchandise.

      HOW CAN I TRY-ON OR SEE THE GOWNS BEFORE I ORDER?
      You will need to locate KC Haute Couture or view our In Showroom (Coming Soon to Scottsdale & Gilbert Arizona) and see if we have a sample of the designer and particular style you are interested in. We do not carry samples of every style displayed on our website, due to selling sample gowns sell out fast. We strongly suggest viewing the gown and checking videos of the gowns before ordering.
      WHAT ARE THE PRICE RANGES FOR KC COUTURE?
      * KC Haute Couture Brand varies from. $1,000.00 and UP -
      Luxury Celebrity Edition is from the $3,000.00 range and up. 
      KC Haute Couture special-orders UK designer dresses. Our designers request a price ranch for us to sell their gowns, with that, gowns typically start at $1000, with a very limited designer selection from $200 to $900. 
      HOW LONG DOES THE DRESS SEWING PROCESS TAKE?
      Depending on the designer, some dress sewing times can lasts from 16-22 weeks, but during non-peak season the sewing process can take up to 8 weeks.
      KC keeps you up to date with the whole process. From the minute we place the order to when the dress is being shipped to us. Please note, that with our designers overseas, it may take us days sometimes week to have a response back from them. but rest assure, you will get your wedding gown. 
      WHAT IS THE FINAL DELIVERY TIME FOR MY DRESS TO ARRIVE TO ME?
      Non- special orders delivery can normally take less than 16-20 weeks for delivery depending on availability, designer and high seasons.
      Special orders normally take 20 - 28 weeks for delivery from the designer to our location but delivery is dependent on each designer’s schedule. Our designers do not guarantee their delivery dates since their production can vary. They do, however, give us an ideal time frame.

      • We cannot guarantee arrival of gown that is purchased 4 months or earlier of your wedding day. Some months are longer (Holidays, High Bridal season, ect.) to arrive within a 4-5-month time frame.

      STORING & RETURNS

      HOW SHOULD I STORE MY GOWN AFTER MY WEDDING?

      • After the wedding, do not put your gown on a hanger or in a plastic bag. Keep it in a dark, dry place, folded or rolled in a clean white sheet. Hanging is not recommended as it can cause stress to the fabric and create distortion. Do not store your gown in a plastic garment bag because it may yellow the fabric.

        ARE THE GOWNS KC HAUTE COUTURE CARRY USED?

        • All gowns and products are new authentic merchandise obtained directly from the designer. We do not accept or offer resale items. 
        • SAMPLE SALES: Are used from previous style shoots, bridal rentals and so on, these gowns are sold AS IS, and may have miner damage to them. This is why they are at a very low rate.

        DO YOU TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? 

        • Please refer to our return policy.

        CAN I ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THE DESIGNER?

        • Designers only accept orders from retailers and will not accept orders directly from a customer. Designers also do not communicate directly with customers regarding order statuses. Order information is only given to retailers.

        CAN I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE GOWN?

        • The available pictures are as posted on our website. We do not have additional pictures to send out to customers. Pictures come directly from the designers themselves. Pictures come directly from the designers themselves. However, you are more then welcome to view our reviews and social media pages to find past brides and their gowns.

        • Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are sent via the United States Post Office Global Express Mail. 
        • Please note our shipping rates cover our cost to ship a large box to other countries. It does not cover any customs or duty charges imposed on the receiver of the package.
        HOW LONG IS SHIPPING FROM YOUR LOCATION TO ME?
        • Once received to our distribution center, Orders shipping from our location normally take 10 - 20 business days for domestic delivery. International delivery can take 20 - 30 days for delivery. This may vary according to the United States Post Office's schedule. Note delivery may run faster than these time frames and the customer will be notified by the email shipping confirmation.
        CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR STORE?
        Your order is shipped directly to our distribution center.  If you would like to have your order picked up in our distribution center, please make a note of it at checkout. and contact us for further assistance.

        HOW DOES MY DRESS ARRIVE?
        • The dress will arrive pressed and packed in a large box! We recommend opening the package and taking your dress out to let it hang in a safe place the night before your wedding to remove any folding lines.
        HOW MUCH WILL RUSH ORDERS COST?
        • A rush fee varies by designer, style and wedding date.
        **Please NOTE** Using Lay-Buy from PayPal, we do not order the tailoring process until the dress(s) have received a 50% deposit. We will not ship until purchase is paid in full.
